Tickets sell out for this gathering many months in advance and it’s easy to see why. I was lucky enough to meet some heavy hitters in the business this year including John Elway, chef Masaharu Morimoto, Nobu Matsuhisa, Mei Lin and Master Sommeliers Jay Fletcher. Every year this event is a whirlwind of amazing wines spanning from across the globe and more food than any one man can eat… Yet, every year I give it my best try.
